Argosy UniversityArgosy University in Eagan is one of our partners. They have a vet tech program off of Pilot Knob where they treat many of our dogs with tender care. They bathe them, clip their nails, update their vaccinations, provide dental care, and spay and neuter the strays that come to us. Students, under supervision, learn all facets of veterinary assisting, while helping these animals become adoptable. By partnering with Argosy University, we have a winning situation for everyone - the university, the students, Last Hope, and specifically the animals.
Camp Bow Wow in Burnsville is a full service canine boarding and day care facility. This state of the art facility has been partnering with Last Hope since they opened in 2006. Camp Bow Wow fosters several of our adoptable animals at all times, and works with them on socialization and training. Castle Rock KennelsCastle Rock Kennels is located south of Farmington, and has been one of our corporate sponsors for years. They board dogs for us, allowing us to save more dogs when we are short of foster homes. They bathe and make the strays we rescue presentable. The fine folks at Pet's Corner have been our main source of rawhide bones for years. We greatly appreciate it, and know the dogs would say thank you if they could!
PetcoSince we do not have a shelter, we could not do what we do without sponsors that allow us to have adoption events at their location. Petco in Apple Valley is one of our most consistent sponsors of placing rescued pets, providing us with a location weekly to hold adoption events. In addition, they offer adopting families a discount package with every pet adopted out of their store to help with purchases to make adopting even easier.
PetSmartPetSmart in Eagan has been our other consistent sponsor that has made it possible for us to save the number of pets that we do. They sponsor weekly adoption events, in addition to having a permanent on-site cat adoption room that is open during all of their normal business hours. The staff is wonderful, and is always willing to help. They also provide discount packages for animals adopted out of their store.
